P-TECH
What is P-TECH?
PTECH or a Pathways in Technology Early College High School Model are open enrollment programs that allow students least likely to attend college or those who wish to accelerate the completion of high school and start on college courses, the ability to combine both high school and college curriculums while participating in rigorous, accelerated instruction.
P-TECH also offers students an opportunity to engage in work-based learning at every grade level. P-TECH students earn a high school diploma in addition to industry-based certifications and/or an associate's degree.
Our Mission
The mission of HCCPHS is to provide free and equitable access to college credit, industry-based certifications, rigorous academic opportunities, and in-demand career experiences. We develop students who demonstrate integrity and leadership within a strong school culture that promotes shared ownership through a collaborative, inquiry-based learning environment connected to industry professionals.
